Weight Loss

There are many factors that go into weight loss.  Many people out there who need to loose some weight.  To keep it short today, I am going to tell you: it starts inside! 

Think about the road you are on with your health.  Think about the people around you who you care about.  Think about the long term, if you keep going this direction will you end up alive or dead?   There are many reasons to treat your body well, and by well I don't mean starve it, or confuse it.  I mean feed it and nurture it in every aspect, spiritually, mentally, physically. 

Some keys to weight loss:
Rest
Food
Movement
Stress relief
