Today I experimented with my Chia seeds.  Soaked about 2 TBSP in 1c almondmilk for a couple hours
blended them with a banana 1Tsp cocoa pwdr 1TBSP coconut flakes 1TBSP peanutbutter. It was excellent! Next time I am going to think ahead a bit and freeze the chia milk combo after its sat a few hours then do the drink blend I think I will like the texture better!  Give it a try and let me know what you think!! All of my recipes are allergen friendly!  To begin, I will give you a list of must haves and favorites for your pantry!  If you are not allergen free you can substitute the flours with your favs but there is a benefit to going gluten, dairy and yeast free for everyone's body!


Must Haves:
Bob Redmill’s All Purpose Gluten Free Flour (BRAP) and Rice flour
Tapioca Starch
Potato Starch
Xanthan or Guar Gum
Flax meal
Molasses and Honey
Sour Supreme (fake sour cream)-contains soy
(fake) cream cheese - contains soy
Almond milk- full circle brand
Coconut oil
Baking powder and soda
Apple Cider Vinegar
Peanut butter
Cocoa Powder
Dairy free
Chocolate chips
Chia Seeds
Coconut flakes
Almondmilk yogurt
