The Food Diet

I have always said, Diets are not for anyone... BUT that didn't change the fact that some people just want diets for the sake of regimine and structure.  Regimine and structure are fine with me, as long as it is sustainable.. as long as a person can do it the rest of their lives with joy and fulfillment. 

Another thing about diets for the sake of Weight loss; Many people go on strange highly restrictive diets in order to "trick" their body into "fast and easy weight loss"... I don't believe that trickery or fast and easy weight loss is healthy or effective in the long run... in fact our bodies were not made to be tricked.  They were beautifully made, to react and endure in feast and famine.  So what you end up with when you start tricking yourself into losing weight is short term weight loss long term weight gain, and a laundry list of undesirable side effects!

So my answer to those who want a diet is:
THE FOOD DIET
Thats right, Its as simple as that... Although eating food and ONLY food nowdays is harder than you think!
Here is how it works:
Eat ONLY Food. Which would insinuate... don't eat non food items
So the diet is all about determining what is food!
The dictionary defines food in short as a substance that plants animals and humans eat that brings vitality and LIFE and nourishment.
If Food brings LIFE then NFI's bring DEATH.  (or bring us closer to it)

 So then this adventure begins with defining then applying!

To come are some lists, but some of you may already know what I am going say!  Tell me, what would you consider Food and what would you consider Non Food Items?
