Not To Eat


NFI's (non food items)
If you have read my food philosophy and weight loss pages you know that we should eat food, and not eat non food items.  Food brings us life, therefore non food items bring us.. not life... (a step toward death) 
Of course you aren't usually going to pass out immediately following the consumption of the following non food items (NFI's)  But all of the following are scientifically linked to being extremely hard on your body, and are associated with many of the major chronic diseases we are seeing increase in America year after year.  If you have a question about one of these items, leave a note and I can elaborate for you!

Sweetners:

  • NutraSweet
  • Aspartame
    • Phenylalanine
  • Splenda (Sucralose)
    • Chlorine
    • Acetone
    • Benzene
    • Formaldehyde
  • Saccharin
    • Ammonia
  • High Fructose Corn Syrup
  • Fructose (extracted) Agave is very high in Fructose
    • Metabolize in the MEOS system just like alcohol = hard on liver

Pesticides
     Foods High in Pesticides: (if not organic)
     Apples
     Celery
     Strawberries
     Peaches
     Spinach
     Nectarines
     Grapes
     Bell Peppers
     Potatoes
     Lettuce
     Blueberries
     Kale
Hormones and Antibiotics
     Most dairy and meat
Plastic and Metals
     Food containers and tap water
Additives and Preservatives
     Most processed foods
